1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ViewTube, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information when registering and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the service.
3. Content you upload
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading, you grant ViewTube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You are solely responsible for your content and must have all necessary rights to it.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, contains sexually explicit material, promotes violence or hatred, harasses others, or spreads malware. You may not misuse the service — including scraping, spamming, manipulating view counts, or attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization.
5. Copyright
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. Rights holders may submit infringement claims through our Copyright Portal. We remove infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers' accounts. Fraudulent claims may result in liability.
6. Monetization and payments
Creators who participate in the monetization program earn revenue according to the rates shown in their dashboard. Earnings are tracked in the creator wallet. We may adjust rates, withhold earnings obtained through fraud or artificial inflation, and change eligibility requirements with notice.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create legal risk, or harm other users. Where appropriate we will give you notice and an opportunity to export your content.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewTube is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
